GIG HARBOR PUGET SOUND ANGLERS PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE February 2021
Our next club meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2021. This meeting will be presented via a ZOOM virtual meeting. You will receive an email with the logon information to connect to the meeting. The guest speaker for February is to be TBD. We would like to thank Mark Riedesel for presenting at our January meeting. Mark gave a thorough description of the lawsuit against NOAA and WDFW for equal fishing rights.
Member Doug Dixon #37 was drawn and was not present. The next membership drawing will be for $250 at our February meeting. Do not forget that at each monthly meeting, all present and paid members are eligible for the monthly membership drawing for a cash prize of not less than $150 sponsored by John Hager of Southworth Marine. We would like to thank John for continuing to support us during the Covid19 lockdown. Please try to renew your dues for 2021 either on-line or by mailing a check to our P.O. Box. The club still has recurring expenses even when not meeting face to face. All memberships expired January 31 and only current members are eligible for the drawing.
The club has received a new shipment of hats for sale for $15.00, let me know if you would like to purchase one.
The 2021 board looks forward to working with all of you this year. The same officers will remain in place until we have a face-to-face meeting to elect new officers. Please contact any one of us if you have any comments, questions, or concerns.
